COCOON is a small, intimate gathering for those who are ready to slow down, be held, and come back to themselves. Suspended in a silk aerial hammock, your body is fully supported as it softens into stillness. No prior aerial experience required. As you settle in, a full sound bath will move through the space. Singing bowls, gongs, and chimes layer together to create a sonic environment that works with the nervous system rather than against it. Research into sound therapy suggests that certain frequencies encourage a shift from beta into alpha and theta brainwave states. In practice, most people simply feel quiet in a way that's hard to find elsewhere. The session is for 6 people or fewer, which means there is real space. Space to breathe and to be held in the best possible way! You will leave feeling nourished and little more like yourself ✨
