About the Class
This class is a combines the traditional benefits of Power Yoga with hand weights. We will incorporate micro movements with light weights into our breath-per-movement flow, to to get your heart pumping and blood flowing. After the 30 minutes you will feel strong, relaxed, and ready to take on your day.
About the Tribe Leader
I have been practicing yoga since 2006, when I fell in love with the breath/movement connection. I am a RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance) and completed my 200-hour certification in 2020 through Empower Yoga Milwaukee.
