Traditional Hatha Yoga is an ancient yoga system. It is a slower form of yoga and is most suitable for beginners. Hatha Yoga uses asanas, breathing and relaxation techniques. It is of great benefit to the nervous system, relieves fatigue, tension and stress, heals, cleanses the body. It can effectively improve the flexibility and strength of the body, and balance the yin and yang.
This practice is for everyone.
If you are interested to attend more sessions, monthly subscriptions are available for € 25 with unlimited sessions a month + 1 workshop (€ 8).

I'm a RYT500 certified teacher from India with experience in teaching various types of Yoga forms such as Hatha Yoga, Beginners Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation and many more.
Even though the classes have shifted to being online, my focus still remains to provide correct alignment and individual attention to each student so everyone
