My style is gentle, warm, and trauma-aware. integrate yogic philosophy, yoga nidra, yin, gentle flows, modern somatics, and free-form movement. My work bridges ancient wisdom and modern research to help people navigate stress, burnout, sleep challenges, anxiety, mood, and feeling disconnected from values.
