About me

Musicienne nomade, Alice Dugast découvre le yoga sur la route des concerts entre la France, la Sardaigne et les États-Unis. 

La tournée terminée, elle s’en va en Inde étudier le Vinyasa Yoga à Mysore dans l'école Samyak Yoga auprès du Yogi Trupteesh Nagaraj Hurikadale. Le voyage continue au Canada où elle se forme en massothérapie (techniques suédoise et Yoga thaï) pour approfondir ses connaissances et sa compréhension du corps humain. 

Elle poursuit ses études en médecine holistique et approche énergétique du Yoga auprès de Sylvie Tremblay, puis en Yin et Nidra auprès de Philippe Beer Gabel. 

Alice enseigne un yoga intuitif et inspiré de la nature. A travers le Vinyasa, le Yin ou le Féminin Sacré, c'est un voyage à la rencontre de soi et des éléments.
