About me

Albert is a senior yoga teacher in Montreal, teaching a traditional inspired yoga for over 10 years in Québec. He has been a pillar teacher in a number of different studios in Montreal.
He co-led an unique journey type Hatha teacher training program at happy tree yoga in 2013 and is well known for his Yin teacher training for over the last 4 years.
He gives many various kinds of workshops on meditation, guided visualisations, self development and inner healing.
He is also on the faculty of the Institut de Coaching international (ICI) in Laval, Montreal, the South Shore, where he teaches certified Master Coaches a powerful repatterning process called Symbolic Modelling with Clean Language. He is the only person currently teaching this extraordinary method and technique in all of Canada. 
Albert is certified Master NLP practitioner from the Ecole de Formation Professionelle en Hypnose de Québec, (EFPHQ) as well as a certified hypnotist from the National Guild of Hypnotist (NGH) in the US.
His work is deeply inspired by the symbolic approach of Carl Jung, Joseph Campbell, Alejandro Jodorowsky and the great mystery and wisdom schools of the world such as the Tarot de Marseille, dream work, Soufism, Zen, Shamanism, Tantric Buddhism and Yoga, Kabbalah. 
He approach aims at opening the symbolic imagination of the seeker in order to activate the dormant forces in the unconscious so that meaning, purpose and new life can be breathed into the path of the practitioner. 
Albert was a dedicated student of the radiant Dr. Madan Bali from 2005 to 2010 and also of Sri Ram, direct disciple of the great Indian yogi, Swami Vishu Devanada, one of the first great Indian yoga master to come to the west, and founder of the International school of yoga , the Sivananda Center. 
His teaching are also greatly influenced by Vipassana meditation of which he had a dedicated practice for over 10 years attending over a dozen ten day intensive meditation seminars.
