About me

I started my yoga journey during the pandemic to cope with the anxiety of the time, and since then yoga has been the key to my healing and emotional regulation. Wanting to uplift others to the frequency of joy and love that I found through the physical and mental practice of yoga, I completed my 200-hour teacher training in Hatha yoga in 2023. I have taught yoga around the world and am always looking for ways to incorporate this timeless healing practice into my community and especially into activist and movement spaces.

About my class and techniques:

I aim to create flows that liberate the mind of negative feedback loops by regrounding in the present moment. Mind and body should be harmonized in a state of tranquility and openness by the end of one of my classes. I have found that an attitude and a practice of non-attachment to people, things and outcomes is the key to manifesting a profound sense of gratitude, and through this we will cultivate love in and for ourselves and others.
