About me

I started my yoga journey during the pandemic to cope with a sense of profound dissatisfaction with life, and since then yoga has been the key to my recovery from emotional setbacks both small and immense. Wanting to uplift others to the frequency of joy and bliss through the physical and mental practice of yoga, I completed my 200-hour teacher training, teaching a six week beginner series and working as a yoga instructor at a resort in southern Turkey. Now I am overjoyed to call Montreal home and am open to all the possibilities!

About my class and techniques:

I aim to create flows that liberate the mind of negative feedback loops by regrounding in the present moment. Mind and body should be harmonized in a state of tranquility and openness by the end of one of my classes. I have found that an attitude and a practice of non-attachment to people, things and outcomes is the key to manifesting a profound sense of gratitude, and through this we will cultivate love in and for ourselves and others.
