Namaste! Je suis Marie, enseignante certifiée de yoga Vinyasa et Yin. Je pratique également le Reiki (une technique de thérapie énergétique japonaise) et sur mon temps libre, j'étudie les médecines naturelles, le tarot et l'astrologie, afin d'enrichir mes pratiques personnelles et mes enseignements. Namaste! I am Marie, Vinyasa and Yin yoga certified yoga teacher. I also practice Reiki (Japanese energetic therapy) and on my free time, I study natural medicines, tarot and astrology , which add another dimension to my yoga practice and teachings. I look forward to seeing you in class!

About my class and techniques:

J'enseigne en français et en anglais, principalement des cours de Vinyasa et de Yin yoga, niveaux débutants (1) et intermédiaire (2). J'ai à coeur de rendre mes cours les plus inclusifs possibles car le yoga est pour tous les corps, âges, peu importe notre genre, origine et croyances.

I teach in English and French, mostly Vinyasa and Yin yoga, for beginners (Level 1) and intermediate yogis (Level 2). I want to offer classes that are inclusive because yoga is for every bodies, age, no matter our gender, origin and beliefs.
