I put a great emphasis on the mechanics of Yoga – proper breath and alignment – creating a playful space where students are encouraged to honor the wisdom of the body, exploring rhythm, stillness, and opportunities for intuitive movement.

About my class and techniques:

Influenced by the compassion of the Kripalu lineage, a weakness for flowing sequences as for the therapeutic values of restorative, my classes are conducted with both the first-timer and the committed student in mind. I incorporate dynamic sequences (Vinyasa) to extended holding of postures to promote inner awareness of the body in motion and develop focus.

What to expect in a Kripalu Yoga Class

Classes begin with warm up movements and breath awareness to prepare you for yoga postures. The heart of each class is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen, and balance your body. Each class ends with relaxation and meditation.

Class levels range from gentle to vigorous.

Influencée par la compassion de la lignée Kripalu, un penchant pour les enchaînements fluides comme pour les valeurs thérapeutiques du restaurateur, j’enseigne autant pour l’étudiant novice que l’étudiant engagé. J’intègre des séquences dynamiques (Vinyasa)  au maintien prolongé des postures, encourageant à la fois le développement de la concentration et la prise de conscience du corps en constant mouvement.

À quoi s’attendre dans une classe de yoga Kripalu

Les cours commencent par des mouvements d’échauffement et la respiration consciente pour vous préparer aux postures de yoga. Au cœur de chaque classe se trouve une séquence de postures qui favorise la souplesse, renforce et équilibre votre corps. Chaque classe se termine par une relaxation profonde et la méditation.

Le niveau des classes varie de doux à vigoureux.
