I'm an independent filmmaker who also has a passion for yoga. I caught the bug from my Mother who started teaching me as a young child. But it was in my older years that I've come to fully appreciate the body of knowledge and wisdom behind the ancient practice. I enjoy sharing the mental and physical health benefits of yoga to others to help bring a balance to people's day.

About my class and techniques:

I've been teaching at the Art of Living foundation for over a year. My classes are a basic hatha flow, with the intention to align and calm both the body and the mind. It is a beginner level class but I do provide options for those who want more of a challenge - so all levels are welcome!
