Inspired by Buddhist philosophy, he integrates his alignment-based asana practice anchored in precision and awareness into a space where mindfulness and kindness can flourish, creating dynamic yet contemplative classes where conscious effort and profound relaxation can take place.
Alfonso (E-RYT 500) has over 900h of professional training and has over 2500 hours of teaching experience. He’s been teaching since 2008.
