At Subramanya Yoga Centre we have a schedule of daily classes for every level. Meditation classes and a variety of therapists offer you a number of modalities to help you find better health. Practicing a Yogic lifestyle our classes are encouraging students to live in the moment by focusing on the breath throughout their practice. Classes at Subramanya Yoga Centre are taught in the classic Sivananda style combining mind and body control in a spiritual setting.
