About the Tribe Leader

I’m James Lesly. I teach yoga and meditation as tools for grounding, focus, and self-control. My classes are less about flexibility and more about awareness, learning how to stay present under pressure, breathe through discomfort and build a steady relationship with your body and mind.
My approach comes from lived experience and years of personal practice.
