About the Class
Slow Flow yoga is a Vinyasa style yoga with a slower and gentler pace. Transitions between postures are generally slower and the poses held for a longer period. This style of yoga allows participants to dive deeper in the practice as the gentle rhythm encourages students to become aware of their breaths in coordination with their body movements.
