All Level-Beginners Welcome! For relaxation, inner focus, and flexibility. A class begins with centering, followed by gentle stretches, moving into postures with an emphasis on alignment, awareness of breath and an acceptance of all physical sensations. In a compassionate and non judgmental way you are encouraged to be present in the moment and to move at your own pace, honoring your body's feedback. The most essential teaching in Kripalu Yoga is the practice of self-observation without judgment.
