Kate was introduced to Yoga during her childhood, and has been practicing ever since. After graduating from university with a philosophy degree, Kate’s practice deepened as she discovered the philosophy and healing properties behind the practice.
They have taught children’s yoga in various schools around Montreal, and have worked with practitioners of all ages struggling
