About the Class
The Classical Spree takes the street by presenting with YogaTribes a yoga session in front of Place des Arts led by Allison Ulan on Saturday, August 10th at 12:30pm. For the occasion, some musicians from the OSM will present a piece designed especially for us yogis! Bring your yoga mat and a bottle of water. There will be mats for rent for those who need it. The class is free and it's first come, first seated! Registration required by clicking on book.
About the Tribe Leader
Allison has been teaching for more than 25 years. She came to Yoga to recovery from injuries in a car accident. She stayed with the practices to discover the rewarding benefits of Mindfulness. An ardent student of mindfulness and all things around alignment in Yoga, she is also a mentor and community builder who’s approach
