Yoga students perform a set series of postures, always in the same order, beginning with a sequence know as Sun Salutations, moving from one pose to the next in a continual flow where there is one breath for each movement. Asami’s relationship with Yoga started in 2006 at a Hot Yoga studio in Montreal, Canada. She first started Yoga to lose weight, but after regular practice she quickly realized her love for Yoga.
