About the Class
Gentle Hatha is a great practice for beginners and for people of all ages and levels of fitness, or for anyone experiencing fatigue, stress, pain or injury. It consists of gentle movements, stretches and strengthening postures with options for modification. Each class has a strong component of relaxation, breathing and guided imagery for an overall feeling of rejuvenation and well-being.

I have been practicing yoga and meditation for the past twelve years, and my reverence and devotion for the practice continues to grow and deepen every time I get on my mat. I completed my first 200-hour Hatha Teacher Training in 2015, followed by a Yin and Gentle Teacher Training at HappyTree Yoga, as well
