Not a fan of Monday Night Football? Or maybe the game has you too worked up that you can't get to sleep. Either way, join us on the mat on Monday nights as we flow through a restorative yoga practice, that will relax you and have you ready for bed. Consider setting up your space with blankets, pillows, candles, and maybe have a warm cup of tea or water with lemon. All levels welcome. *We recommend doing the face wash / teeth brush thing before class since you'll be so relaxed you'll likely go straight from mat to bed. :D
