About the Class

Welcome to the heart of our yoga journey! Let’s explore Chakra 4, the heart chakra together. This yoga practice will use prana and asanas (breath and poses) to open the gateway to joy, love and compassion and help us better understand ourselves. The key to finding joy and love starts with removing barriers we have built around us so we can create space. This practice is for anyone who wants to makes space in their lives to have room for joy and love to enter their hearts; whether for ourselves or for others. Looking forward to sharing a joyful practice with you.
