About the Class
A vinyasa style yoga practice focusing on stretching of leg muscles and hip opening sequences. The poses will enable stretching and strengthening of hamstrings, quads and hip flexors.
This practice is for everyone.
If you are interested to attend more sessions, monthly subscriptions are available for € 25 with unlimited sessions a month + 1 workshop (€ 8).
