About me

Karolyne est tombée en amour avec le yoga dès sa toute première classe. Depuis 2011, le yoga fait partie de sa vie et de son univers. Grâce à différentes formes de yoga, elle est devenue plus forte, courageuse, flexible et courageuse sur et en dehors du matelas. Issue d'un environnement professionnel très stressant, le yoga lui a apporté quiétude, le calme et la clarté dans sa vie. 
Avec le désir de partager son amour du yoga and afin d'approfondir sa pratique, Karolyne a complété une formation Vinyasa YTT de 200 heures ( RYT et CYA)au Costa Rica avec Banyan Gallagher et travaille maintenant à compléter sa formation de 500 heures afin de poursuivre son chemin d'éternelle étudiante. 
Sa classe inclus respiration et mouvement, une méditation en mouvement qui travaillera à renforcir les muscles et bâtir la coordination et l'équilibre. Elle souhaite que les étudiants quittent sa classe avec une sentiment de connexion avec leur corps, forts et prêts à affronter la journée.
Walking into her very first yoga class, it was love at first breath for Karolyne. Since 2011 Yoga has become a part of her life and world. Enjoying all types of Yoga, it has helped her grow stronger, more courageous, more flexible, and more fearless on and off the mat. Having come from high stress level work environments, yoga brought stillness, calmness and clarity to her life.
Wanting to share her love of yoga and deepen her practice, Karolyne is a 200 RYT ( registered yoga teacher) and CYA who completed her 200hr Vinyasa YTT in Costa Rica with Banyan Gallagher and is now working towards her 500hr certification to continue her journey as the eternal student.
Her classes will include breath and movement, a moving meditation that will work on strengthening muscles, building coordination and balance. She hopes that students will leave her class feeling connected to their bodies, strong and ready to face the day.
