Enseignante de Yoga & Facilitatrice en Respiration Consciente

Que ce soit dans un cours de yoga, une séance de méditation ou de respiration consciente, ma mission sera de vous accompagner avec la bienveillance du cœur. Chacune de mes guidances est fondée sur l’importance de s’écouter parce que c’est en prenant le temps de me reconnecter avec ma voix intérieure que j’ai pu faire de meilleurs choix et me sortir de l’emprise de la dépendance.

Sobre depuis le 16 janvier 2012, je consacre maintenant mon temps à aider les autres à trouver leur propre voie vers le mieux-être, une respiration à la fois. Respirons ensemble pour remplir notre être de paix et d’amour, pour ensuite le propager tout autour de nous.

Sober since January 16, 2012, it was by reconnecting with my inner voice through the practice of yoga that I was able to make better choices for myself to make my way out of substance abuse. I now devote my time to helping others find their own path to wellness, one breath at a time. 

Whether it be in a yoga class, meditation session or biodynamic breath work session, my mission will always be to help you connect with your inner voice in order to learn to respect your boundaries. 

Let's practice together, finding peace and love for ourselves on our mat so we can spread it around our world.
