About me

La connexion avec son corps n’est pas chose d’hier, depuis 2013, Alexandra se trouve dans un processus continu de formation dans lequel elle explore les diverses possibilités du corps et de ses multiples muscles. Un passage d’une pratique de yoga Vinyasa à un yoga dit de mobilité. Afin de vous rendre autonome et ainsi être en mesure d’écouter votre corps et d’y répondre par des méthodes justes respectant anatomie et morphologie, les pratiques sont avant tout un espace d’écoute où Alexandra porte une attention particulière à chacun des cas. Sa nature douce et patiente inspire une approche consciente et éducative du mouvement. Elle laisse aussi place à une ou deux blagues par-ci par-là pour détendre l’atmosphère et avoir du plaisir à décortiquer la nature des mouvements et des postures.
