About me

In 1982 Shabad starts to learn Kundalini Yoga and begins experiencing the transformational power of these ancient teachings. Through a series of positive realizations and uplifting experiences he deepens his spiritual commitment and gradually but surely adopts the "Sikh" dharmic lifestyle - he who lives by the truth -

He then becomes vegetarian and integrates new yogic habits in his life. From 1983 to 2001 Shabad gave a multitude of Kundalini yoga classes in different locations and continued to study and practice with Yogi Bhajan. On September 10th, 2001, Shabad open his Yoga centre called Equilibrium. Since 2004 Shabad offers the Aquarian Teacher Training program as thought by Yogi Bhajan level 1, 2 & 3 training over 250 new Kundalini yoga teachers. Shabad transmits the kundalini yoga teachings simply, passionately with warmth and true love. His humble and humoristic approach makes the journey accessible to all.
