About me

Bree, a certified Yoga teacher & therapist with over 500 hours of training, is known for her relaxing voice and ballerina-esque practice. She has been teaching since 2007 and completed her first form of study at California State University of Fullerton. Upon living in Montreal, she has taken her practice deeper with Yoga Therapy and specializes in helping people with chronic pain and spinal deformations. Bree aims to gain friends instead of students, to allow practice to flow with an open heart and mind so everyone who shares their practice with her feels safe while exploring their bodies with yoga.
