About me

Trained by the masters of Yoga in India, I have been practicing yoga for over 10 year. Yoga is a mental and physical healer. I love the peace and serenity it brings to the body and mind. With the aid of sounds and music, I aim to integrate meditation, self-awareness, and self-reflection within my classes.

Formé par les maîtres de Yoga en Inde, je pratique le yoga depuis plus de 10 ans. Yoga est un guérisseur de la santé mentale et physique. J'aime la paix et la sérénité qu'il apporte au corps et à l'esprit.
