About me

A sportsman at heart, Francis played elite soccer in his youth. It was then that he unconsciously began to control his breathing in order to reduce his ‘increase his performance as a goalkeeper at AAA level.

After obtaining his B.A.A. in Canada in 2010, he left for Asia to discover who he really is. He spent 7 years in three different countries. During his stay in China, he discovered meditation, among other things. As a pre-school teacher, he developed his first curriculum to help his young pupils build their self-confidence.

His burning desire to equip children to face the music of life has led him to teach breathing and relaxation in a playful way to children aged 4 to 15, starting in 2019.

In September 2022, he began a 400-hour professional training course to become a Breathwork Facilitator with the world’s most renowned breathing academy, Alchemy of Breath. Since then, he has led hundreds of workshops online and in person for thousands of people.
