About me

Hannah completed her 200 hour Hatha Teacher Training under the tutelage of Melanie Richards at Happy Tree Yoga. Based in Montreal, Hannah offers an accessible approach to teaching ensuring appropriate variations for a full range of bodies. She trained as a means of deepening her personal practice, and is interested in helping others find their own individual practice that serves their personal needs. She is additionally certified to teach kids yoga age 12 months to 8 years and intends to complete her training with Yoga Therapeutics.
 
Hannah understands the yoga community as entrenched in a range of systemic injustices and is committed to actively developing a renewed understanding of these by encouraging meaningful dialogue from those interested in discussing.
