About me

For Stef, Yoga isn't just a physical practice but a way of life. Already having a solid meditation practice, a shoulder injury brought him to his first hot yoga class 10 years ago. His passion grew as his body healed and his anxiety lessened, his classes will have strong breath awareness to increase mind/body connection. With his clear explanation of postures, calming voice and meditative style, everyone leaves super "chilled out".

Slow paced classes focused on breath and body connection. Coming from a place of chronic pain, I understand how to adapt yoga to calm and heal the body, mind and spirit. All given with a soothing relaxed style that will help the most tense find some peace inside.
