About my class and techniques:

If teaching Vinyasa, I teach intelligently sequenced, well planned and dynamic classes in a gentle manner. There is special focus on alignment, yet my classes are non-dogmatic. I love a long warmup. I am known for my eclectic playlists. I also teach yin and restorative classes and of course those classes are the polar opposite in terms of energy. In these classes I remain warm, calm and compassionate and I always create a safe space for more reflection.

I am a Nutrition Consultant and I hold my Coaching Certificate NCCP level 1. I am CPR certified.
