About me

I have been teaching yoga since 2002. I started with Dyvia yoga training for a 200hrs in 2001. Later on, my practice of asthanga led me to study also with Heart Lazer for many years as well, so i have an Iyengar influence in my teaching. Different teachers came into my life through many workshops, retreats giving a flavor to my teaching of today. It is a never ending learning process and my most recent teacher would definitely be my son(10 years old). I share all that teaching during my classes and through some workshops presented at the Moksha studios mainly.

About my class and techniques:

During my classe you will learn a good foundation for your practice. It is the best way to keep your mind present into your body. This awareness and precision changes the whole yoga practice. Although it seems serious, i like to take it light and joke around. I will sometime forget something and i rely on my students to remind me where we are. It always brings a great laugh in the room.

J'aime beaucoup la précision et les détails dans ma pratique comme dans mon enseignement. C'est une bonne façon aussi de rester présent dans son corps et de sortir de sa tête. Bien qu'il y ait ce côté sérieux, mes classes se font avec un esprit de légèreté. Je suis un être humain avec toutes ses qualités et imperfections ce qui fait que j'oublie quelques petits bouts qui sont vite repris par mes étudiants en qui je suis éternellement reconnaissante. On en rit souvent.
