Je facilite des sessions de méditation, respiration et yoga. Je suis une instructeure certifiée du programme l'Art du Bonheur de la Fondation l'Art de Vivre qui comprends des exercices de respiration puissants incluant SKY (Sudarshan Kriya) qui élimine le stress, augmente votre niveau d'énergie et apporte un mental plus clair et positif.

I facilitate introductory meditation, breathing and yoga sessions. I am a certified instructor of the Art of Living Happiness Program, which brings a positive state of mind through a series of powerful breathing techniques including SKY (Sudarshan Kiya).
