Passionated by a variety of subjects, I am quite eclectic when it comes to my passions. It obviously goes from Yoga, which I've been practicing for the past 5 years, to nutrition, traveling and metal music.

About my class and techniques:

I go by the flow, quite literally and figuratively ! 
I love to build up variations up to advanced postures throughout my classes, allowing my students to explore, discover and sometimes challenge themselves !
I always propose as many variations as possible to let students find their own pace, and to adapt the class to their practice.
