About me

Nadia has been teaching yoga since 2003 and is registered with the Yoga Alliance as an Experienced Yoga Teacher. She is a student of Shiva Rea, Christopher Tompkins and Jessica Freidman. Is also a graduate of the MokSana Yoga Centre Teacher Training program and is currently part of the amazing Prana Flow train at the Samudra School of Living Yoga.
Has an extensive background in classical dance and most recently in flamenco and capoeira. In addition to teaching yoga, she works as an environmental consultant and believes that sustainability is a quality transferable to all layers of her practice.
Her work in the yoga and ecotourism business has allowed her to share and learn with communities in New-Zealand, Australia, Europe, Central America, Quebec, and Vancouver Island. Everyday she finds herself inspired by her son’s captivating blue eyes and her wholehearted network of family and friends.
