I practice Yoga and Meditation since many years now and I decided to share the beautiful journey I have with others in becoming teacher.

About my class and techniques:

I learned Hatha Yoga with YogaFit since 2017 until I got my two certifications in 2020. And I mix it with meditation session because for me it's all complementary.

For my class, I love that participants have no expectations or judgement and just be themselves for the practice. So everyone goes at their own rythme and how they feel this specific day.

Other Services:

I offer Coaching program sessions for life or career when people thinks they are stucked somewhere in order to help them to create their own happiness.

I will also release a 14 days Program mixing Coaching-Yoga-Meditation in May 2021.
