About me

I started practising Yoga when I was 50, to relieve my back pain after long office days.

I quit the business world and made my Integral Yoga teacher training 200h in 2019.

On top, I added a certification in Svastha Yoga Therpay, modules for lumbar spine and shoulders, to design adapted classes for back pain.

Also, I'm a nomad, my classes are streamed from all over Europe (as long as travelling far is complicated).

About my class and techniques:

My classes are inspired from Svastha Yoga Therapy. 

Dynamic sequences following your breath, are designed to relieve and/or prevent back pain. You strengthen your back and core, you open your shoulders and hips, you mobilize your spine, always within your range of motion and your possibilities.

Step-by-step guidance allows everyone to follow, beginners and intermediate level.

I also organise Yoga Retreats with yoga, meditation, excursion, discovering local nature and culture, and of course nice vegetarian food!
