Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, goes deep and teaches fast positive self-empowering attitudes of thinking, being and living.
Also called the Yoga of Awareness, classes are a dynamic blend of asanas (postures), pranayama (breath exercises), mantra, music & meditation, which teach you the Art of Relaxation, Self-Healing & Elevation.
Regardless of your age, size, circumstances or condition, if you can breathe, you can and will benefit from practicing kundalini yoga.
The only warning should be, if you don’t want your life to change, try something else but if you do, want to heal grow thrive and you don’t have time to waste, then kundalini yoga will work wonders for you!

In the heart of beautiful Portland, the Oneness Wellness Farm is located on a scenic hilltop overlooking the Caribbean sea and is the perfect space to retreat reflect, recharge and reset one self.
Oneness is a peaceful haven offering Yoga Holidays, Personal Retreats, Women’s Retreats, Karma Yoga and is also available for teachers hosting workshops & retreats.
Oneness would not be complete without Ital Reservations, a homely vegetarian restaurant serving nourishing meals and natural juices made from the harvest of the farm.
