About the Class
A flowing, dynamic practice in which movement is linked to breath. These classes are usually vigorous and can be more physically demanding. The sequence is generally more varied than in Ashtanga classes and often start with the Sun Salutations series to warm up the body. Vinyasa Flow Yoga builds strength, flexibility, concentration and balance.
About the Tribe Leader

I’m James Lesly. I teach yoga and meditation as tools for grounding, focus, and self-control. My classes are less about flexibility and more about awareness, learning how to stay present under pressure, breathe through discomfort and build a steady relationship with your body and mind.
My approach comes from lived experience and years of personal practice.
