The Dr. Bali Method
The goal of this method is to calm the mind and release internal stressors, moving from the constant state of fight or flight (stress response) into rest and digest (our relaxation response).
Through the efforts of each posture (mostly done lying on the back) - a meditation in motion - we shift from thinking to feeling. Thinking consumes energy and feeling conserves it.
