About the Class
YogaTribes offers Tout le Monde Yoga, a series of free yoga classes and events all summer long in the greater area of Montreal. On Sunday, September 2nd from 10 to 11am, Tout le monde yoga will be at Place des Arts with 125 participants for a Sound OFF yoga session, led by Yoga Sangha as part of the Montreal Symphony Orchestra's Classical Spree. Sound OFF yoga is a magical experience that allows you to recreate an intimate and calm atmosphere without distraction thanks to the wireless headset. Some musicians from the Montreal Symphony Orchestra will play instruments specially chosen for the yoga session at Place des Arts. Please note that yoga mats will be provided by Lolë - you won't need to drag your yoga mat with you! The class is free and it's first come first served! Register at YogaTribes.com
