Internationally known yoga instructor, Matt Giordano began his professional teaching career in Manhattan in 2008. By 2011 he was touring the country with Wanderlust festival where he first got his start as a traveling workshop teacher. He became well known for his ability to provide that "AHA" moment for students in postures they previously struggled with. His methodology is centered around teaching the body first, providing you with a masterful skillset of accessing your muscles and moving your joints. As a result of physical mastery, postures are the inevitable result. All practices are accompanied with yogic teachings that are practical, applicable and from the heart.

Each month I create an immersive experience, where we focus on one aspect of the yoga practice so you can fully integrate the teachings into your mind and body. All Classes for that month will include technique, and bio mechanics to help you develop greater body awareness, allowing you to increase your strength, flexibility and granting you access to a wider range of postures. Look at the titles and descriptions of the classes each month so you know what our focus is.
