I was round 7 years old when I took my first yoga class in Toronto with and Iyengar certified teacher. Yoga feels like something that's always been a part of my life and a practice that always draws me back no matter how long I've been away. Over the years I've practiced various styles including ashtanga, sivanada and vinyasa. I've been practicing regularly now for around 10 years and teaching for 4. I love to share this practice that has helped me so much in my life.

À propos de mon cours et de ma technique:

I love to teach creative flows centred around a class theme. I am passionate about the many benefits that yoga brings to our lives. Not only the physical benefits, such as improved flexibility and strength, but also the way it can help relieve stress and improve mental clarity. I design my classes to be challenging yet accessible, but above all, I hope that participants leave my class with a renewed sense of calm. 
I'm interested in how yoga can help to support the nervous system and I often like to incorporate functional anatomy exercises, such as PNF stretches and “nerve flossing,”
