Join Adrian Molina, founder of Warrior Flow, and the Warrior Flow Miami Team every Sunday at 10:00am on Lincoln Rd and Euclid (700 Lincoln Rd) for Warrior Flow Miami Community Yoga Class. very week, prior to the yoga flow, we offer an optional 15 minute meditation segment that starts at 9:45am, led by Adrian Molina. The yoga segment of our event is an open-level flow, meaning it's accessible to anyone regardless of level of expertise. Some basic fitness experience is necessary. Adrian is a senior teacher, community leader, trauma-informed yoga instructor.
