Qui suis-je

I have been practicing yoga and meditation for the past twelve years, and my reverence and devotion for the practice continues to grow and deepen every time I get on my mat. I completed my first 200-hour Hatha Teacher Training in 2015, followed by a Yin and Gentle Teacher Training at HappyTree Yoga, as well as a 50-hour Yin/ Restorative training with Mark Laham in Ottawa and most recently a trauma informed training at Kripalu. What I enjoy most about teaching is being able to share all my passion, enthusiasm and love for these practices which have truly transformed my life.

À propos de mon cours et de ma technique:

Over the past four years, I have taken several different yoga teacher trainings and have attended two Vipassana Meditation Courses. These trainings have given me the skill set and experience to offer yoga and mindfulness classes in various different settings from teaching in rehabilitation centers, hospitals, corporate offices and yoga studios. I lay a strong emphasis on the importance of connecting mindfulness and breath as well as relaxation in my classes, for the overall contribution of wellness for the individual.
