About my class and techniques:

It is my goal to make yoga as accessible as possible. I aim to stimulate the body and mind while simultaneously evoking ease and comfort. 

Traditionally the practice of merging the heat of the sun and the cooling qualities of the moon, Hatha Yoga can be understood today as the practice of using the breath to draw your attention in towards the subtleties of the body. Nurturing the body's unique needs and limitations while devoting oneself to the challenging physical postures makes Hatha yoga a life-altering practice for advanced practitioners and beginner yogi’s alike.
