About my class and techniques:

I like to explore with my students different ways to approach our yoga practice. I enjoy to get deep into the alignment side to ensure a secure practice and a deeper understanding of the body's movement. I looovee to slow it down and get deep into the physical and non physical part of our yoga practice.
