About me

It is through yoga teaching and by practicing it herself everyday, that Josiane sees all the benefits  that this discipline brings to people, especially the ones who lead a very active life. In 2010, she completed her yoga teacher training with Sylvie Tremblay, which she still follows.

In 2011, Josiane fell in love with SUP yoga - a practice done on big surf boards -  and she has been teaching it at Kayak sans frontières since 2012. From this new way of doing yoga, she loves the direct contact with nature, and the new sense of balance that it brings. In 2013 she obtained a certification from Paddle Canada to teach stand up paddle techniques.

About my class and techniques:

I offer classes of all types (yin, hatha, hatha flow et vinyasa), and for all levels. All classes are unique, and adapted to the needs of the beautiful yogis that makes me the honor of being present. 

J'offre des classes de tous les types (yin, hatha, hatha flow et vinyasa), et pour tous les niveaux. 
J'aime que les séances soient équilibrées, c'est pourquoi des éléments de tous les types et des variations de tous les niveaux se retrouvent dans chaque séance. Chaque cours est unique et adapté aux besoins des beaux yogis qui me font l'honneur de leur présence!
